great video , l love the way you do that with Garlic looks really Nice , l'm going to lookout for it next time on my walks :-)and make some fermented garlic as you did with some dandelion flowers thrown in maybe l think.

We collected wild garlic for the first time this morning. We are going to make a pesto with it but I will be keeping some aside to try this as looks so easy but so yummy!

Thanks for sharing your fermenting technique. I love wild garlic, but haven’t managed to try any preserving methods. I usually just eat it raw or add to stir fries, etc. I will definitely give this a try :)
