No, you're wrong. This bike and car are "installed" for people who don't have Megapack. For example - you're driving Dodge Charger Super Bee, which is included in Megapack, and I'm driving something else (it doesn't matter), but i have no Megapack installed. Then I'll see you driving this yellow and red car.

Yeeeah...stop foolin' people, you can find this bike in your garage if you have the saves with the megapack installed with the ZX12-R and use these saves in TDU without the megapack installed. So the zx and also all other cars you saved in your garage are replaced with these "secret bike and car" :))
