Thanks for the vid! There’s no way I can loosen those two silver screws that hold the bulb cap without an angle screwdriver. Btw I can’t see whether they’re phillips or torx screws?

Hi If I remember correctly it was T25 torx bit. It is tight for space but doable. I have a very small ratchet that has internal slot for a different bit. Yes, no worries at all. I know sooner or later I will hear from you🙌 Yes, simple enough to replace but unfortunate for those who don't have a jack and some T20 torx bits. I remember years ago every car owner can replace their bulbs the standard way from the top. How things are a lot more complicated

My f10 has different sort of bulb like basic looking one not that flat box like yours.

Yours is probably not xenon headlights. Just normal H7 bulbs
