Hayden Kehm yeah man keep up the great work! I’m thinking about taking my Durango in more of a street style rather than off-road, I’ve done a a mud muffler delete (the giant 3 foot long 3 way one) so now it’s just the cats and the little straight through baffled rear muffler, she’s got a nice tone to her now. Anywho I’m thinking of doing some smoked out lights, and an aftermarket intake. Only the 4.7 but she goes for what it is. Got a video on my channel like 14 seconds just a little rev video of it if you wanna take a peek.

I've got about the most basic 2000 model, 2wd, 3.9 V6, simple white with the rubber interior/cloth seats. No cup holder, not even the map pockets in the doors. I joke with friends about it: "Oh you want something to hold your li'l cup? Dodge says-HOLD YOUR OWN DAMN CUP!". The nice part is only 47,000 miles, in fantastic shape, was my dads truck before he passed on and did not drive much by the time he bought it. Just the simplicity of it makes me love it! :)

i have a 95 Dakota which I ordered( not purchased off the lot) with the 3.9L V6 Magnum 5 speed with 3.55 gears and anti-spin differential and I love the Magnum V6. It has great low end torque and yet, was getting 22.5-23 mpg on the road w/out using the AC. 18.5 mpg with AC. And that was running @75-80 mph for both those readings. I have plenty of power around town and even driving in the SoCal mountains both in the Angeles and San Bernardino national forests. Also, my Dakota is a Sport model which I ordered with bucket seats and they are pretty comfortable as I have done a number of long drives in the truck(Moab UT, Bryce Canyon NP). the factory chrome wheels still look good after 25 years when polished. And the truck is quite reliable, I had the same battery in it for 8 years and it never failed to start. And the air conditioning is absolutely POLAR, there were times I had to turn it off even when I was driving in the desert. So My experience with my V6 Magnum Dakota has been quite positive.

Nice truck, bro. Really like the blue. I've got an 03' Quad cab with 315K miles on the original drivetrain. These 4.7L go a long long time and the 545RFE transmissions as well. I've found this engine really thrives on good 0W-20 full syn. It drives tight with loads of compression. I'm down south, so the rust isn't a problem here. Keep on truckin.

I have a 99 Dak SLT 4x4 ext cab. Bought it with high miles for low price needing work of every kind and for now would like to cover the rust around rear wheel wells(road salt). Driver side is fine but passenger side is pretty bad. Can't yet find flares that would fit and go high enough to cover the bad stuff. Flares for Ram come in every size and shape but I doubt if any would fit the smaller Dak,,suggestions would be great. I know of a rust free box but it does have a serious dent above taillight and is the wrong color or I'd already have it on. I do like the 318 and after some work I will like it even more.
