I got 2 Dodge Dakota's with 5 nines in them and standard transmissions in them.They run great each one of them got a three inch body lift and suspension live and I run

@CMJS16Videos one thing I always learned that working at a transmission shop when they rebuild these transmission automatic 42re or the 47re they're not worth a damn

I got this friend of mine lives down there on 317 McGregor and all like that in Texas and he rebuilds these transmissions for around 8:50

@@Spoolingturbski they changed the steering to rack and pinion steering in 2001 so it made the lift options very limited. In 2000 they still offer a whole 5.5 inch lift with every component. Mine I had to get a body and torsion keys to make it 5.5in.

@@HardLinesFunTimes it was originally a flow sound muffler, like a off brand flow master, but now the pipe broke right at the muffler so I guess it’s kinda straight piped lol. It comes out to 3 in tips. I’m going to redo it when I get it going again.

I recently got a 2001 3.9L manual same color as yours but quad cab, doing the engine rebuild and chassis reinforcement aaaand theen the lift and tyres. Hope she will look as badass as yours in January :)

@@fastmoneybillion1183 I used a rox torsion key lift I found on eBay like 10 years ago. I put a PA body lift that I bought from Amazon.

@@deandremclendon8471 they are 6.5.5 Chevy wheels. I had to buy adapters cause they don’t make these wheels for Dakotas.

If you have a 2nd gen (don’t know about the 1st and 3rd gens) the hub bore is 71.50mm and 6x4.5 (6x114.3) lug pattern, just fyi.
