Your Podcast is amazing, I'm so happy listening to this even though my Thai language is not perfect yet. I hope we can do a talk in the future, who knows.
Perhaps the topics discussed here are too deep for you to comprehend? Read the book yourself before making any judgment or accusation. The hosts didn't make up the ending of the book. I had read it and personally, I think the concluded chapter is brilliant. The author indeed recommends readers to do Vipassana meditation. He points out (based on his own experience) that by meditating regularly, a person can get to know his/her own mind better. The mind is completely different from the brain. Brain produces mind. Mind produces sensation. Knowing your own mind, knowing who you truly are (not a fiction of yourself) are crucial for your survival in the age of exponential acceleration and not being manipulated by Big Data.
