it's 181vs 101 is 70% but 25 territory to take first with perfect splits and odds it's 162 vs 101 25% but likely to lose even more so more like 5-10% to win the cap run

12:30 the Burgandy territory in Europe Advanced contains all of Burgandy and a tiny sliver of Normandy. On Europe Advanced it looks like Normandy is split between the Brittany and Burgandy territories. There's maybe a small portion of Burgandy inside the Marseille territory, but it's definitely not the predominate province there.

since i still don't understand the exact maths of balanced blitz, i can only give you some numbers from simulations i ran with true random dice. for example rolling the black 7 cap with 19 attacking troops in true random has an 85% success rate with an average of 8.6 troops lost. the probability for getting a positive cap roll like you did is just over 30%. later rolling the red 43 cap with 124 attacking troops has a success rate of over 99% with an average troop loss of 71.7. in 3.7% of the cases you would get a positive roll there

Britanny and Burgundy seem correct to me. Atleast froma historical point. Because both that countries were there. Especially the burgundy prvince has a near exact shape like the kingdom of burgundy.

Why wasn't it worth (or even possible) to kill red at 35:55 turn? You'd had the material and even though cards were not going to set you immedeatly, the orange wouldn't have been able to take you out either withought a trade in. Or am I missing something?

He didn’t have the material because of the troops on red cap, plus he couldn’t know for sure how many troops red had put back to cap. Breaking the bonuses means that Red got the least number of troops in reinforcements making the kill viable on the next trade (as you saw). He also didn’t want to open up that cap to allow Red to run out and break his bonuses either.

The things that make for a good capital are: Does it help me guard a bonus? Does it help me stack and make kills? Does it halp me from getting cardblocked in the late game if the game stalemates? This one is bad at all three.

4:38 That is a bad attack. The chance to take the cap is not what is interesting. It's your chance of taing the cap with enough troops left to hold it that is important.

Maannnn. Idk.that Libya (I think that's the location) spawn woulda also have been a good location. Only green and red next to your 1 is that location. Green started so.would have had less troops to start for a cap steal, and red was in the 8th, but yet you were in the 7th. It would have been a two point hold in orient. Orange was obviously the worse player of the two, and moved significantly slower than red. This gives him incentive to get red off the board so he can play the 1v1 with the person he has the better chance of beating.
