M4xb0x 360 I think you're thinking of air dry clay or earthen clay. Polymer clay cures with heat, and can be boiled to harden it. With polymer clay it's not really about moisture loss that cures it, since its polymer based. In fact water and polymer clay don't really mix well anyways so it doesn't particularly rely on water to be soft. You can change the softness by adding oil, or leeching the oil out, and mixing with water will not really work, like other clays. Which is why I'm curious what it will do in a fryer, since it's such a high oil content, low moisture, cures with heat, and doesn't really contain much actual water.

'Scotch Eggs', which were invented in the early 20th century by the London store Fortnum and Mason, are boiled eggs, preferably with a still-soft yolk, which are wrapped in sausagemeat (originally with some haggis added), which are rolled in breadcrumbs and either deep fried or baked in an oven to cook the sausagemeat. I love them, especially when made with haggis, or better still, black pudding. Absolutely delicious. My town here in the UK has a very high quality food hall that sells them. Perfect.
