Friends, today I am sharing Papdi Puri Recipe. Papdi is small sized crispy puri from which papdi chat or papdi bhel is made. We all love this papdi chat right? Papdi is considered properly made when it is crispy yet breaks easily while putting it in mouth. It is usually made by deep frying spiced dough. Today I used Tirupati Brand Filtered Groundnut Oil for making this Papdi Puri. Papdi is also made by baking process as a less oil concept. Today I made almost 75 nos. of papdi from a cup of all-purpose flour. I also made papdi chat from this papdi in this recipe video.

½ cup water (पानी)
1 cup all purpose flour (मैदा)
¼ cup wheat flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
½ tsp ajwain seeds (अजवाइन)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
1 tbsp ghee (घी)
Boiled mashed potatoes
उबले हुए, मेष किए हुए आलू
Whisked curd (दहीं)
Green chutney (हरी चटनी)
Garlic chutney (लहसुन की चटनी)
Dates & Tamarind chutney
खजूर इमली की चटनी
Chopped onion (प्याज)
Besan sev (बेसन सेव)
Coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
