Friends, today I am sharing a full kathiyawadi thali recipe which has unique tasty items without the use of vegetables. I made today mainly three items in this awesome thali.
(1) Sambhariyu Khichdi
(2) Besan Sev Nu Shaak
(3) Biscuit Bhakri
I served green chilies roasted directly on a gas flame.
Besan Sev Shaak is very simple and quick to make. It is a very tasty kathiyawadi shaak to try if you haven't yet. Similarly Sambhariya Khichdi is a new tasty alternative to traditional khichdi.With these, biscuit style bhakri is a perfect dinner recipe to try at home. I hope you would like this super tasty kathiyawadi thali at home for dinner,

INGREDIENTS
SEV NU SHAAK
1.5 tbsp oil (तेल)
½ tsp mustard seeds (राय)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
¾ cup water (पानी)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
½ tsp coriander cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर)
½ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
½ cup besan sev (बेसन सेव)
SAMBHARIYU KHICHDI
¾ cup rice mung mix (चावल मूंग मिक्स)
4 small onions, 5-6 small potatoes
2 tsp coriander cumin powder (धनिया जीरा पावडर)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
1 tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
¾ tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp garam masala powder (गरम मसाला)
Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
1 tsp chopped green chilies, ginger (हरी मिर्च, अदरक)
2 tsp pure ghee (शुद्ध घी)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
Bay leaf (तेज पत्ता)
2 dry red chilies (सुखी लाल मिर्च)
¼ tsp hing (हिंग)
1.5 cup water (पानी)
BISCUIT BHAKRI
1 cup coarse wheat flour (गेहूं का दरदरा आटा)
½ cup fine wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
2 tbsp milk fat (मलाई)
Water as required (पानी)
Pure ghee (शुद्ध घी)
