so friend today i am sharing traditional recipe of mango pickle this recipe is of my mom in low
we preparing every year pickle by this traditional way so its so tasty and yummy we have prepared this pickle using deshi raw mago which are very tasty so friends try out this recipe and follow all stpes and tricks care fully perfect time management and cleanliness and perfect measurements of ingredients makes pickle healthy and tasty so friends here are all ingredients
250 gram deshi raw mango
2.5 tbsp salt
1 to 1.5 tbsp turmeric
50 gram dry fenu greek
for sambhar masala
40 gram mustard kuriya(rai na kuriya)
40 gram fenugreek kuriya (methi na kuriya)
2.5 tbsp salt
3 to 4 pinch of turmeric
3 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1/4 tbsp asphoetida
2+1 big tbsp oil (near 125 gram)
oil for preservation as required
