@@WorldGhoomo Silent valley doesn't have these kind of tourist packages like Thekkady. It gives more importance to wildlife than tourism.You are not allowed to enter the core area,only till the buffer zone.

Kerala s the state name... Airports available in cochin, trivandrum, kanoor... District name s called Idukki and Kumily s the town name. And You can reach through tamil nadu too... Chennai and madurai airports available.... Bus s frequent (airbuses and normal) night and day time.. Please check with that...

Since you have visited the place..please can you answer to these questions.. 1.Why there are these dead trees in between us there any name to that or what is the history behind it?.. 2.Which is that bird which sits and makes nest on those trees? 3. Any other special amphibians / fishes which are found only in this region 4.What is the type of soul present over the area around the lake? Please reply if you know these answers ,please !

As she have mentioned in the vlog, this lake was formed by the construction of mullapperiyar dam. The branches seen in the lake are the remains of trees which were in the parts of forests drowned by the lake.

Nice video.. U had put lots of effort to make tis video.. 😊 Thekkady.. Nice place but not worth to stay for 3 or 4 nights.. Spending money for wildlife safari, Plantation walk & off road trip to Sathram r not at all worth. U won't spot any wild animals other than bison n deers.. U wanna real wildlife adventure/safari/trek, go to Wayanad. Even v spotted wild elephants on d road around 10pm. Plantation u can c anywhere while traveling to or thro tat place. So Dnt spend money for tat. Sathram.. Wat a dry Valley.. If u wanna real adventure in Valley, pls go to Vagamon(Para gliding available). Boat cruise n bamboo rafting in Thekkady u people can watch d same place again n again.. Lol.. They think v dnt knw where v were going. Climate has changed a lot in Thekkady.. U won't feel cool in winter too. Better spend a night in Lake palace and ve nice authentic kerala food & watch d nature from ur room. Ve a leisure trip to rejuvenate.. 😊
