Very interesting video from western Norway. I live in the same county as Olden is located. So unlucky with the weather! This summer and fall has had the worst weather I can remember and I am 64 years old. But it was very nice weather in June. 😊Welcome back, and then there will be sunshine. 😎

Sorry I could not watch this EPIC vlog at it's Premiere, but have watched on catch up. What an amazing job you have both done on the filming and Andrew on the editing. Oh boy that wind, I thought it was going to blow you away. Shame about the weather but what a beautiful place Olden is and such a special and emotive send off from the townsfolk. Awesome video as always. I went to Norway on Iona back in April this year as a solo. Second week of sailing and sunny everyday but the weeks either side had rain so it is luck of the drawer. I had a balcony cabin on Deck 15 Starboard and it was great. But if I did it again I would go on deck 14 or 12. Lovely cruise whatever the weather 😊 Keep up with the great videos!

Sorry about your balcony aka terrace. That must have been a disappointment. I am a bit shocked to be honest as you pay more for a mini suite. The added insult was the hot tub right in front of you. I was disappointed for you. However you handled it well. You had so much bad luck but as my mum would say always smile in the face of adversity. You both did that and you made me laugh with you. Olden though must have made up for so much though. Stunningly beautiful even on screen and I can only imagine how much better in person. Made up so much for the rest I think. I was quite awestruck at the beauty. What a lovely couple and my funniest moment was that windswept moment on deck when Lydia was being windblasted and laughing throughout. Lovely smiling Lydia. You both made me smile and laugh throughout. Thankyou ❤❤❤

Always best to pay that bit extra so you can choose you're own cabin and deck and check the deck plan especially if your like us and light sleepers not be under restaurants or the theatre or near the lifts we look forward to cruising on the iona next year 👍

Great video guys. Was this cruise on Sept 16th by any chance? The reason for asking is that I was on the “Sky Princess” ship on this date and we saw P&O Iona in port as we sailed off. Mick, sounds like a lovely trip. The cost of a beer in Norway the last time I was there , was Pds 10 for a 500 ml in a bar!! Mind you London prices are exorbitant too, but not that bad! I remember a friend ordering a GandT in an Oslo bar and it came to Pds 25!!
