Bihar Election 2020: The team of The Lallantop reached river Ganges in Munger, Bihar amid Lallantop Chunav Yatra for Bihar Elections 2020 where Swati Mishra interacted with Lipi Singh, SP, Munger who is popularly known as 'Lady Singham'. IPS Lipi Singh also shares how she prepared herself for UPSC Civil Services Exam and how tough is the training for becoming an IPS Officer. Lipi Singh talks about her duty as an SP of Munger and the difference between the police officers shown in movies and real life. The IPS training is not as it ought to be...the IPS officer in Mumbai terror attack never understood what was happening, he thought he could handle. No disrespect meant to his sacrifice, or credibility, but crucial elements were missing. A ordinary maharastrian Cop with a stick knowing fully well that people with fully automated weapons caught the terrorist at the cost of his life " THIS IS TRAINING", also it's not very wise to make cops directors of NTRO ..these guys have no conceptual framework, of statergic requirements.... A female ATC officer in Srinagar airport gave "scramble" on seeing do many Pakistani aircrafts gave the commend...this preception and response is training...it needs a basic understanding s conceptual framework of what the issue is and respond... IPS is a British time training... They still catch guys with few grams of drugs ..and daily few are caught, showing fight against drugs is on.... Collect all mobile numbers of all people arrested till date make them in three categories... Large scale, medium and small...analyze the network. The whole group is live infront of you ... Leave the small quantity oeddkwrs astheh will get the ones helping in cat hing the big fish... If a IPS is serving jail term...in Gujarat a IFS is arrested in USA for underpaying her servant.. we are a bit off....
