Laws for women protection are okay, but that doesn’t mean that society and state would generally start perceiving man as evil gender, and in the name of women protection or woman empowerment start nurturing narcissism in female and women would start considering Courts as extortion approving centres in the name of maintenance or alimony. Patriarchal society is becoming an obsolete concept gradually. For state and judiciary, everyone is same. There is no question of women protection. Protection should be for innocent people be from any gender, any cast or any religion. So all the time or even most of the times, if courts are approaching with jurisprudence that lack principle of natural justice is absolutely not in order and fair. And against the values of enlightened benevolent state. I request all honourable courts, lawmakers, and NCW to understand this. Secondly, just some expressions as a result of natural phenomena like attraction towards opposite gender cannot be extremely criminalised as cognisable offence as normally happens in India. When expressions of anger or some sort of physical injury is negative emotions and negative act are also not considered as so big offence as mere expression of feelings of love and attraction towards the opposite gender. And this is akin to Talibani rule and not a rule of enlightened state.

Pre nupital agreement must be given legal recognition in India.Terms could be defined as couple living together for 1-5 years divorce alimony could be 1/5 of then income of person limiting to 1year in order to help women to make them financially independent considering her then financial and share of paternal property.In case of housewife it could be 2/5 part with increased time limit likewise for other time period.In case of kid responsibility must be shared with mutual custody . Where there is case of domestic violence a stringent action should be taken with proper investigation and medical records before proceeding to the settlement.

Par Indian judiciary ko na Supreme Court na law makers thik karenge, kyu ki judiciary ka system complex rahega, kamane wale k khilaf rahega, bat hi to ghus ka system sahi se chal payga. Law Justice delivery k liye nahi banai jati hai, law banai jati hai insan ko paresan karke ghus dene pe majbur karne k liye 53:10 to 55:15 ..

As a mentor, I suggest all the young minds, who are doing law, to do law to become a Judge; and only to become a Judge. Agreed, it is not that much lucrative money wise. But we have never seen people waiting for arrival of an advocate in the marriage functions, but all look for the arrival of a Judge. After becoming a Judge, it is up to you to see if you want to continue serving as a judge, or would want to move to go into your own practice, wherein you will do much more better with law and money as well. Just my opinion.

Currently Nikita Singhania, her mother and brother are charged only with abatement of su*c*de. Such charges rarely get any conviction. The conviction rate is only 1-2%. So most likely these culprits will become free and they will continue damaging Atul's family and the rest of the world. They deserve to be put in jail for a long time. So please ask Atul Subhash's brother Bikash Modi to immediately file these charges against Nikita Singhania: 1) Extortion using false criminal charges 2) Cruelty by not letting him see his son Also he needs to file a motion to demand Atul's son's custody to be immediately given to Atul Subhash's parents and brother. This is the most important thing for Atul's parents.
