Sir or Mam , In Noida there is one IT service company named Chetu Softwares Inc. They are exploiting their employees. No leave in a year even on Holi or Diwali . They don't follow US holiday nor Indian Holiday. No Bonus even in Diwali time as per law said by sir in this video. You can ask with any other employees of Chetu as well. Kindly look into this asap a lot more thing you will come to know about their day to day exploitation.

In our company there is no bonus paid on Dipawali. But they say Engagement Performance Bonus(EPB) and Performance Bonus this is is part of CTC they defined. They did not give the Performance Bonus this year. these many days they use to give 60%, 70% or some x% but his time they did not give a singal rupee.

FYI: हमारे यहाँ आजकल कुछ advance outsource chip labour provider companies क्या कर रही है की पहले bonus पूरे साल employee कटेगा ही ऐसा बोल कर कटवाती है, बादमे वही अमाउंट बोनस के तोर पर दिवाली पर देती है| मतलब के नाम पे भी पहले काटती है बादमे दिवाली पर उनका ही पैसा उनको काट के देती है|
