Northeast militant groups do not spread terrorism among the general public. No militant group has attempted to kill anyone outside of the Northeast so far. It is true that these groups generally follow discipline and do not try to break the rules. I believe that if the government genuinely wants, all parties would be willing to come out of the jungles for peace talks. Already, more than 30 militant groups have surrendered their weapons.

In outside but inside of old generation still bear the wound, there were saying back years "don't go near Indian army they kidnap young children" and also there is story in my village that back ago a person from village was hanged naked with all the bullet holes in his chest cause he accidentally enter army camp while gathering jungle vegetables. Young youth don't know it, it just olds don't speak about it.
