In this video, The Lallantop’s Vikas Verma explained Chinese intelligence agencies and their Modus Operandi. A 50-year-old woman, suspected of being a Chinese spy, was detained in Delhi. The suspect, named Cai Ruo, was arrested by the Delhi Police's anti-terror unit in 2022 at Majnu Ka Tila. In his operational paper, "Chinese Intelligence: From a Party Outfit to Cyber Warriors," Ajit Doval explained that the methods used by Chinese intelligence are distinctly shaped by Chinese cultural traits. They excel in integrating small information from various sources, regardless of their accuracy or reliability, into a coherent intelligence framework. This approach, known as 'Thousand Grains,' involves collecting and piecing together numerous minor details. Chinese intelligence officers often favor individuals of Chinese ethnicity or those friendly to China for developing as human assets. Nicholas Eftimiades in his book 'Chinese Intelligence Operations' explained that Chinese intelligence agencies apply the ‘Whole of society’ concept to recruit agents. This concept is much more comprehensive than the one applied by other intelligence agencies- CIA, MOSSAD, and R&AW.

RAW is still very far from doing anything to make India a superpower, unlike what CIA, KGB, Mosaad, Chinese agencies did for their respective countries. Of course we have learnt from Mosaad but we still forget that the root of US superpower and hegemony over world is not there economy but some other three things. 1 CIA, 2 heavy spending on research and development, 3 acceptability of Dollar for international transactions and trade. The root of Soviet unions superpower status was somewhere in KGB's role in industrial espionage apart from politicomilitary. Both CIA and KGB were deeply engaged in each other's weapon, designing and manufacturing and taking the best out of each other, including copy of nuclear technologies. Even France and Britain also stole many technologies, including AirForce/naval/nuclear from US. those technologies are still the part of their core strength. Even Japan and Korea also did their best in industrial espionage in 50s 60s and 70s. Needless to say about China as they became number one country in the domain of defence technologies and industrial espionage. It is also noteworthy that in establishment of petrodollar concept and making the US dollar as world currency, CIA played major role. They pitted Middle East countries against each other, especially De created Israel to create insecurity among Gulf countries. Then they assured these Gulf countries, safety and security against invasions in lieu of accepting Dollar as currency for their international trade in addition to cheaper crude. That way Israel is nothing but a US puppet or extended US or a US state in middle east. Since US dollar is world currency, however, and whatever number US government print Dollar, its value does not decline because of ever running demand for that currency. That's how they have beaten the economics concept of so-called impossible trinity. supported by demand. US government print money and use for expansion of goods and services, infrastructure/defence/straightaway give to banks or corporate's through secret shell companies. That's how they become virtual superpower. But at the same time they use their agents in media and social media to defame our governments, if they help our business man in the name of crony capitalism. Thousands of their agents or sponsored people are already there in our systems like in government/bureaucracy/opposition/ruling parties/regulators like sebi/central banks/judiciary/military/trade unions, / media and social media and NGOs/civil societies. These agents serve American interest and agenda across the world. One important modus operandi is to use the intelligence agencies of rival countries against each other. Like use Indian agencies against Pakistan or China and use Pakistani or Chinese agents in India and perpetuate rivalry among the countries to prevent them From getting united and be powerful in future against Anglo US hegemony or Whitemans supremacy. What India and RaW needs to do? 1 establish a very strong arm for industrial espionage spreading across the world and produce the best of the best of each and every product or services in India. What ever is offered by any other nation, US/Japan/Korea/China or any european country India should be able to supply on its own. Absorb and indigenise all types of technologies/software/hardware or future technology and aspire and aim to supply every thing to the world, not just assembly 2 Also indigenise all present and future defence technologies and weapons more than 90% like what America, Russia or France has done. Aspire to be fully independent in defence as dependence in defence is not a real freedom. 3 aim and aspire to make Indian rupee world currency. Not the country is making trade in Indian rupee with India, but also with other countries among themselves. That will increase the value of INR to enable the government to print more currency in support of domestic economy. If needed, join hands with other countries like Russia, China, Iran or any other countries.
