I think it's perfect that the videos on brands other than Hot Wheels are longer. Naturally, there's gonna be less people watching, but the people who actually do watch truly are interested. We are just nerding out with you anyway. Do not shy away from going deep into the various editions, your favorites, why, etc. :)

Fun fact for the yellow silverado: it glows under blacklight. They used a fluorescent yellow paint for it, so it's UV reactive. Such a cool design that I bought two.

Yeah man ive been collecting Kaido house for 3 years now since Jun started the company. I even practically stoped collecting hot wheels to be honest with you I dont collect all of the kaidos i think thats just to crazy of a goal since some of the limited ones go for thousands of dollars. I do get the ones i absolutely love. I do have at least 3 of each casting in diffrent liveries. And about 18 chases and one malaysia exclusive. Keep these Kaido videos coming love them

I've gone down this road, too. Pop Race, Kaido/MiniGT and Hot Wheels CC/Boulevard are all I buy now. And only the ones I truly want, at that.

The "kaido themed" nsx is actually a tribute to the JGTC arta nsx livery. My only complaint about collecting Kaido House is that a new version I like more will come out, and ill have to buy another model. So now I wait for a few versions to be released before selecting one.

Here’s my take: I am a car lover first and a collector second. With Kaido House, my first one was the Datsun Wagon. I bought a purple one on eBay and received a red one and when I got it in my hand it didn’t even matter the color anymore. I could not believe how cool so many of the details were. I didn’t even know the hood opened until I saw it in another video like 2 years later. I could say more but that’s where these fit for me. I just really like them. I don’t ever plan on having all of them or even trying. They are all so cool in their own way but usually there is one that I like above the others. But then the way the do the variations sometimes makes me want to have multiple. Like the Z, you know there were a couple variations that were so far about with different bumpers and lights that I had to have all of them. That R33 I really had to have that silver one but I really like the white one with the gradient stripe deco and the carbon chon piece. I love that yellow/green truck, had to have it. The yellow NSX, had to have it I love the clean look of that. The blue civic, there’s no way I could buy that as soon as I saw it. I love what this guy is doing. The new M3 is fire too I had to get both of those because the maroon one is so dope but the other one has the turbo fan style wheels in the front and the deeps on the back. 😅

The orange NSX is based off of the Autobacs NSX JGTC series in Japan back in the early 2000’s. I love how Jun does this and takes cars that aren’t very known but were real cars and puts his own twist on them.

I started collecting Kaido House when the first two came out, absolutely love them, I have many now and take them out and shoot them all over the place with my camera. These are next level.

#1 for me is the Silvia. I like the integrated wide body without the "tacked on" look of the other body kits. #2 the Datsun and #3 the Silverado.

@HugoR-l2o the last hotwheel I bought was the RLC C-10 and it was over 35 dollars and not nearly as good as kaido house trucks for only 20 dollars and the hood on the hotwheel truck did not open ? No moving parts on hotwheel?

Kaido does it right ... limiteds are actually limited... the blkltd are numbered .... I just wish they wouldn't have stopped hand signing them ... these nice extra little touches are what sets kaido apart from the other brands... in my eyes it's what makes them truly special 💯

Flo yellow silverado is my fave of the bunch, and the orange nsx. Oddly I bought the flo yellow from Kaidp (most others I orderfactory sealed from ebay because they’re 10-30 dollars cheaper, and I got the chase model when I really wanted the flo yellow version. So like any obsessive compulsive collector I bought another one

Started collecting kaidos in the middle of last year. They are very nice and good quality made. There are just so many variations of the same casting and gets even harder when it comes to the special edition, blk ltd, and event ones. U did forget to showcase 2 more NSXs. The MDX Exclusive and the One night in Malaysia Exclusive. That's 2 more variations to the NSX by itself. Making it 8 just on the NSX. Plus, there are 2 more variations on the way that we know of now.

Kaido are usualy outside of my price range and I'm not all that bothered with stuff that looks complete/already modified. But the 510 Wagon Kaido GT Surf Safari RS tickles me just right. If I ever got a spare £20 kicking about I may have to pick one up. I love stuff that's been modified to do stuff it was never intended. I quite like the HKS livery 510 wagon has me looking twice too.

The civic is the event exclusive from the Japan event. The Civic from the LA event is purple and says primo on the door like the teal colored one.

Glad to see the continued expansion of video categories. That said, these ain't for me. NSX is my favorite car but I'm never buying a model with a bunch of sponsor logos, unless I plan to customize, which, at these prices, I definitely am not. And despite it being an OEM color, the yellow is boring, and too stanced.

To me the orange NSX with the white hood is very reminiscent of the Autobacs NSX in color way. Autobacs, if you're not familiar, is a chain of automotive aftermarket stores in japan. Think Summit warehouse, but for tuner cars.

Mattell has Elite64 (no rlc membership req'd) as their Mini Gt competitor. Despite being pretty high quality and well detailed, they're not smashing anything. In fact, as I write this, they're 30~50% off for Black Fri/Cyber Monday (+10% more for rlc members). Mattel extended that sale, likely because they're not moving, even at those prices.

I traded two supers I bought for 1.19 each for three kaido house castings. Depending on where you pick em up three could run you upwards of 80$. The three kaidos being my introduction to the brand and only opening the Silverado, I can tell you now it’s hard to go back to hot wheels. I’m really selective as to what I buy from Mattel now. I’m itching to get my hands on more kaidos.

Kaido House really needs to step up their quality control. I ordered an R34 Millenium Jade, and it arrived with a missing rear piece. Unfortunately, it wasn't refundable.

Speaking of the chase versions... The chase version of the red NSX is really nice, however Kaido House quality control isn't so good these days. Almost every chase NSX has damage to the "carbon fiber" design on the roof and trunk part because the packaging presses on there and they must be put in the package before the coatings have fully cured. That "small flaw" on the trunk of your ONIB LTD EDN version is an example of how all the chase red NSXes look, except over more panels.

Kaido House is just a more expensive Hot Wheels. Does the same car about 100 times over! Just like Hot Wheels, KH changes the paint and decals. Personally, Kaido House cars need to grow and stop making everything with deep dish wheels, wide body kits, seriously they need to start evolving and start doing different things.
