I'm going out on the limb here And say that we actually need both. I have several employees who are tradesmen who can do a job exactly as they're told, but lack critical thinking,big picture perspective and problem solving skills. Thesebare skills that my college graduate employees do have even though they can't hammer in a nail.

Whereas I agree that trade skills are necessary, just like AI will replace many, many, many administrative-analytical jobs, i strongly believe the Combo of AI and robotics will have a similar impact on trade jobs.Have you watched surgical robotics? I am a retired dentist and I think 10 more years you have impact in dentistry!

The small cap underperformance started in 2018. For some reason most of the pundits say small caps have underperformed the S&P 500 for 10-15 years which is not accurate.

Diversification into crypto, crypto miners, Gold, silver, and miners makes a lot of sense to me. Using dividend payers and crypto miners. MSTY, CONY, GDXY, SLVO, and IRIS.

I truly value your talented staff and extended friendships including Adam Taggart of Thoughtful Money. I wholeheartedly agree that the long duration bonds will do well when the market returns to the mean. In your opinion is UUP dollar bullish fund a good uncorrelated strategy to the stock market. I have heard Michael Pento speak of the time may be coming to be bullish the dollar, what say you!
