The ones that don't make much sense are: The Mesmer(only the PDA glitch in the page on it, the hypnosis makes sense) The eyeye, where's it's mouth,?!? (I'm not actually a biologist, but I know a good amount about it)

It's really not a bad thing there's a broad base of creatures whose purpose in the gzme is just to hang around and fill out the ecosystem of 4546b. I mean yeah we all love the peepers and sea emperors but having a few scavengers scuttle about, some extra small fish species, etc does a lot to make the place feel alive.

I think how mageurit got to below zero is that theres a portal somewhere in the areas of the first subnautica, because you said that the portals are places to get around the place in the first subnautica. So i think she got to below zero that way. 2. If mageurit got to below zero by just swimming there disproves the theory "" something bigger out there"" because if your far away enough the ghost leviathan doesnt come after you. Maybe the Kara bacteria maybe just killed everything in the other parts of the world.

Warpers definitely were well placed, it’s also terrifying how their technology allows them to jam and interfere with radio signals, as well as NOT attacking the player once they are cured of Kharaa, as they were built specifically to hunt down and kill infected creatures once the Precursor’s knew they couldn’t do anything about the disease by that point and they would just have to wipe the planet until they could return. It’s also scary how much they speak and understand human speech, which implies their not only artificial but also in some regards slightly leaning towards more of sentient creatures rather than standard creatures even if not completely. Their cold and calculated which genuinely makes them awesome.

My predictions for the Top Tier, Crucial to lore section creatures are going to be the Reaper, because they destroyed the life pods. The Sea Dragon, because it caused the Kharra (Prob misspelled that) outbreak. The Sea Emperor, because it cured Kharra. And the Warper, because it was an attempt to cure Kharra. Edited: I didn’t think that the Ghost Leviathan and Cuddlefish would be in S tier. I considered adding the Peeper to my prediction but decided against it. Other than that I got everything right.

Yeah, that's a solid list! I think the only S-tier one I'd quibble would be the Ghosties? As far as we know, they don't have any known interactions with characters, and while they have interesting lore in terms of location, it's not necessarily story-relevant. Cuddlefish is also borderline too in that it's mostly theorising and they're not actually plot- or character-relevant. The others - Reapers, Sea Dragon, Sea Mama, Peepers, and Warpers - are all directly related to plot or heavily related to the characters, so they're definites, I'd just question Ghosts and Cuddlefish.

I think the floaters are pretty relevant to the story, because though their lore is a bit boring, they are responsible for the floating island, which was the first Degasi Base on the map. It also allowed for dozens of unique plants to grow which were important in the Degasi crew’s survival. In general, though their lore is boring, the floaters are important in the Degasi crew’s survival, a meeting place for aurora survivors and the number one best place on the map.

It did land in their territory, but unless they hit you like the U. S. Armed Forces, their bites probably won’t kill you. The only time I see them being able to do that, is if your health is already compromised (that is, near death).
