Yes, and it's Spectacle Island. Build a bridge there from the castle to continue the Minutemen empire once the castle starts crashing from being overbuilt (with the help of a few mods for build limit/borders/disable auto-close/Place Anywhere and/or workbench anywhere). With pride, I could then say both areas were totally inaccessible. Until I got my Series X... Now I've tripled the size of the already vastly overbuilt empire (until it crashed again.) Btw, there's a mod that kills the stupid dungeon music at Spectacle Island and plays the Minutemen theme as well.

the Minutemen look like a guerilla in comparaison to the NCR combined forces that sprawl across the Baja california to Oregon teritories. As for the legion, It has conquered the east and has reached possibly the mississippi, leaving it at the doorstep to the commonwealth.

@@vanguardian1368 Well, minutemen look like a guerilla only because they had several severe problems unsolved in the past: the institute, lack of organization due to death of general Joe Becker, failed attempt to form a government (provisional government were massacre by institute in 2230) During the events of FO4 all this problems were solved by reformed minutemen forces and General Nate/Nora/Insert your char's name. So i guess the will become a significant power in eastern coastal states (all the way to Dixie states) in no time.

I think they're closer to the NCR during Fallout 1. As in not really a nation, more of an alliance of different towns. Though I would love to see an NCR vs CPG Fallout game in the future.

well I mean they do, or they can, it's complicated. its a case of the articles of confederation for the first few years of Americas existence, where paying taxes was a choice, not a requirement. like how the player sometimes get payed caps when doing minutemen quests and sometimes not.

Fallout 4 may not have been the greatest fallout game, but damn was it still a blast to play. I’ll never forget retaking the castle for the first time then fighting tooth and claw to defend it with my trusty Gatling laser.

In my game the mirelurk queen was so hard to kill i use a gunslinger build and i was out of ammo and the mirelurk is killing my men so i enter the castle to find another weapon,then i find a missile launcher and proceed to blow the mirelurk queen to bits

My first playthrough I just went to the diner chipping away at her health with a sniper rifle until the mysterious stranger OHK her. The 2nd time around,however I placed all the mines I had near the castle's gap where she'd pop out and let the mines take a good chunk of health from her. I then used a Fat Man (I called mine the Freedom Launcher) to finish her off. It was amazing.

@@Skynexito It's good but even if it is very similar is not the same of the trailer in a few parts. Then I can clearly hear some sound effects from the trailer. I know that extrapolate a music from a trailer is very difficult even with the best programs and you surely did a good job, but the fact is that I have high quality standards for my musics, meaning I always looking for absolutely clean tracks (with a few exceptions when the music is not released and the only way to obtain it is to extrapolate it from the video). Then I already integrate this piece into "Anakin Skywalker Remastered Theme" and I don't see point to release another very similar track not mixed with others tracks. Sure, I used a fan made track and not the official one, but the one I used respects my standard qualities since has no sound effects. I suggest you to upload it on you channel and see how it goes.

Great artwork of Preston Garvey. The picture in combination with the music says everything without using words. In my opinion the Minutemen are the most underrated faction in the whole game and the best option for the commonwealth. Why? They´re really handling the problems of the wasteland citizens in a simple and pragmatic way. They offer simple basics like water, food and safety. Their liberal-conservative mindset is a good initial position for a future democratic state. I came to this conclusion after spending more than 1400 hours playing FO4 with every faction. I beg your pardon for grammar mistakes...I had my last English lesson 25 years ago. ;-)

Courier Six: What do you think of the Minutemen? Caesar: They hardly seem like something of a threat to anyone, let alone to the Legion. They hold on to old and outdated tactics that can't be used effectively in modern combat. Their forces are always spread thin trying to take care of the people of the Commonwealth. They will never last if they don't use more advanced tactics. The greatest example is what happened to their Castle, it was overrun by Mirelurks of all creatures. Their coward General hid away in a dungeon while the Minutemen were helpless to defend it. Courier Six: What do you think of their leadership? Caesar: What is there to say about it? It's unstable, too inclusive and no due process. Look at what happened in Quincy. They failed to defend a town after they were overrun by a group of common thugs like the Gunners. They were waiting for reinforcements to come and help defend the town, but they never came and their general was killed. Turns out it was one of their own that sold them out to the Gunners. What did they do after their general was killed in the battle along with the most of the Minutemen? They headed to Concord where they were attacked by common Raiders and given that Preston Garvey was only true Minutemen among them they had to take shelter in a museum. If not for the actions of one vault-dweller the raiders would have overrun them. And what does Garvey do after all this happens? He gives the title of general to the vault-dweller. A person he had just met. Does that like good leadership to you? It's another Quincy waiting to happen. *This comment was made by Legion gang*

Am i the only one that absolutley hates this song?! Don't get me wrong, its an amazing song and its really beautiful but ever since i did my first minutemen mission, this song is constantly on repeat in Sanctuary. I could'nt get enough of the Wandering The Foothill soundtrack that used to play in Sanctuary 24/7. But it suddenly changed into this song and i need to listen to it all the time now. I even have to mute the music because i just can't hear it anymore
