I freakin’ Love OTR! I’ve listened to the repeats all my life. I grew up in a big old farm house and I could pull radio stations in from all over on a clear night! Listening to them alone in the dark, curled up under the covers, I felt like I had a time machine! Later on I bought a big 1929 cabinet radio and got it working so I could listen to my OTR the way it was meant to be listened to. The wooden cabinets have such a beautiful tone! Sadly I have no AM reception here so I listen with my phone and ear buds. It’s just not the same lol but I often wonder what the people involved in the shows I’m listening to would think of the technology
