She has apologised to her staff, and I am sure after this she’ll never ever treat them badly. James has also been a dick at multiple occasions, Howard Stern….don’t ask. But she is suffering more than them though what she has done is not more than what they have done. Howard was soo mean and rude to guests on his show, James is known to be mean to non famous people. Ellen is talented and she has made it big, bigger than anyone else and one day she makes a mistake and we all forget those years and years of effort and laughter she has given us.
