I was on my Honeymoon with my wife in Italy, and we saw James and his family in Positano walking up some stairs in the afternoon, people were asking for photos with him and he said "No sorry, I'm with my family", In the hustle and bustle of life, it was a good reminder of what is important, and what should be put first. Singing to your child and having fun will always outweigh everything else. Family man before showman!

To hear James explain the psychological effect of doing a show where your name is in lights everywhere, your name is on walls and doors everywhere in a big studio, and the crowd is going crazy but there is an applause sign in front of them, and the reasons he let that all go was a beautiful lesson. There is a time to work and a time to rest. I miss his show, but I'm happy to see him thriving! Two philosophers having a meaningful conversation! It was great!

How low the bar is for society. A man who has lied multiple times in his past to sell his product and repeat also steal the same generic points that you label as philosophical. Then a celebrity who has repeatedly been shown to have arrogant issues who is very difficult to work with and looks down on others. it's quite frightening how easy it can be to be manipulated

I'm 41, and have never touched a drink. I got asked a lot when I was younger, "how did you survive," and that always confused me because most people don't drink as kids, and you survived just fine. Life didn't end because I did not drink. I didn't stop socializing, because I did not drink. I was the one able to remember the great time we all had, and had no hangovers and no regrets. I like what James has said about losing those hours, and I think, yes, how lucky am I to have had that extra time in my life to do more things that I enjoy instead of chained to a bed and a bucket until time recovered me.

Such a lovely podcast. Thanks James for sharing your experience. And your conversation with your son, it was useful for me, who has a 12 years old daughter.

Sometimes we must to let go of someone we love, because when it's a valuable moment will appear at a bit like we can becoming ourselves... we can get around for talking and sharing what the most problem that we have by close person believe or not TIME IT WILL BE HEALING we just need to be Patient that's key

This podcast has made everyone realize that once high profile fame has been diminished We all consume the same emotions, and although unique experiences underline anyone in any position, with self confidence, and within these reflections of the experiences, demonstrates that humility gives comfort to all experiences. Highly relatable to all and very stimulating. Jay Shetty, you're an inspiration. Creativity will forever serve a purpose in which innovation requires logic to enhance our existence. Ps. Curiosity will forever question logic.

Re Marcus Aurelius, it was also the case that after a Roman general won a great battle, he was given a Triumph, a huge parade thru the city. Standing next to the general on his chariot was a fellow who reminded him 'Remember that you are just human, you are not a god'.
