@@TheLateralLine i strugle to catch in the manukau. i think the best ive done is maybe 4 sanpper and a ka ha whai. plenty of sting rays and sharks, too much current for me. theres plenty of freindly locals tho normally willing to offer up some advice. would love to see what its like out past the bar. maybe one day if i ever finnish building my bigger boat 🤙

Another awesome little mishy. Choice as. I think those islands are air marked to be a marine reserve in a few years so that's a little bit cool that u can look back on later . They are stunning. Great video guys. That was the last place I fished in NZ before heading back to the UK. Once over the bar the fishing is awesome around any of the islands. Was also bringing up kingies in the harbour from the ferry pontoon using stick baits. I cant wait to return next year. Sooooo missing my fishing. Love the videos. Tight lines ;-)
