I have PTSD per the V.A. 100% disabled. Was accused falsely. My attorney ordered the evaluation. I keep calling for my evaluation and get no response it has been 3 months

Do you sue police department or city. My son suffered traumatic brain injury on city basketball court by 2 17 yr old. It's on video and they have yet to even talk to the two kids or bring charges.

your law suit would be against the individuals, and the property owner not he police. Police cant be sued at least not yet for their lack of investigation
