When it comes to CST (competency to stand trial) it is their competency at the time of TRIAL. It has nothing to due with the time of the crime, that question arises when there's a defense of insanity. CST is the ability of the defendant to understand the legal proceedings, understand what he/she is being charged with, and be able to assist their legal team.

With the easiest hypothesis to come up with being that their pre-trial incarceration traumatized them so much that they cant really think. Of course, guilt and shame is a factor too.

I'm sorry but I cannot go out much & when I do I need to be really careful because I keep being set up & getting taken advantage of over & over, I need to start saying No & the best way to do that is to stay away from these incompetent people who keep making me do things that I shouldn't be doing & are so small who think that they can outsmart me & are watching me thinking that I am not watching them. Must stay away from the liars.

People are more concerned about making a buck then saving a life, that is very incompetent.

If I was a seller I wouldn't push a person to do worst when they were already doing bad. I always push people to do what is best for them to do better, this is why I have never even been a seller.

Is religion a means to by-pass this competency assessment? And if one exercises the right to silence what are the potential consequences of exercising one's rights? Also, if the court being fully aware the competency and court proceedings are a direct contravention of Ones status and constructive notice of ones standing to said court prior to the Event (supposed crime) or if the competency is a means to scuttle the crimes, violations, breach or lies of police officers felonious actions with the objective of putting the focus squarely on the victim in this matter i.e., the accused, then what do you suggest ? After you've witnessed the crime, one may become stubborn or analytical and confused by the problematic "justice" process. What i heard this man say is something about "Paranoid Schizophrenia" That's unfair and dangerous to label someone whose suffering may be exacerbated by police, courts and the rest of them. As a credible witness i can attest this is actually happening in California
