One of the things I don't think LBP gets enough credit for is her impeccable form. Everyone wants to lift big and get ripped, but form not only helps this immensely but prevents injury

Wow Patty, you looked awesome in this video. It is good to mix up the workout and get out of our comfort zone on occasion. I agree it may have been better to do just the shoulders one day and arms on another day. I liked how you "stuck the landing jumping off the dip machine. You are certainly the most entertaining of ALL fitness influencers.

Pushing through the sensory overload, especially with it being skin related and while gaining a pump, is truly the motivation I needed today to go to the gym! Also I've always felt that way in the gym and I felt so seen with someone talking about it! Thanks Patty ❤

Overwhelmed by all the input, the brain responds as it would to a life-threatening situation and enters fight, flight, or freeze mode. Basically indulces anxiety, irritability and you cant focus on anything but also focus on everything at the same time.

The belt! ❤ the socks! ❤ your outfit is all of it! I hate circuit training, too! It’s stressy! It was all the rage in the early 80s when I worked at a fancy fitness center and i thought it was awkward and it too gave me anxiety. You made it look fun even though it stressed you out! Always here for it! 💪

I'm not sure if asking the AI for the "hardest" work out was the right choice, I mean, I'm not an AI expert, not even an user but, choosing the right words can improve the results in a more accurate way, maybe writing "the most efficient work out for grow biceps" (for example) could have work? In any case, thank you for another fun and beautiful sunday adventure uwu P.S: Those swirls are swirling again!! :D I'm a fan of them

Yeah, you definitely need to play with it. Before taking (world record holder) Jen Thompsons Benchpress program, I used to use ChatGPT to set my workouts for the week. * took some time actually getting something challenging that would push my limits, yet was based on an already existing and established program. I’m 50, but absolutely love working out, and it’s definitely not for everyone. Eventually got bored of it and plateaued… Hence my move to Jens program that introduced bands for bench, etc. (Gotta keep it fresh - and careful from overtraining) I’m in the gym about 3-4hrs (but that includes cardio) …powerlifting tends to take 2hrs by itself 😊

I'm a newb at this whole weight training thing so it's pretty encouraging that my arm/shoulder routine is pretty similar to this but with less volume, and I also like to add front raises on my back only going like 45 degrees. I should try 21s too.

One of the best shoulder recovery methods I've ever tried is free hanging. Just free hang off of a pull up bar for 2-3 mins and it widens the joint over time so you get less impingement. You can look it up, Its helped a lot of people, its super simple and easy and it might even feel good for the lower back too. I finish every upper body day with some shoulder rehabs and free hanging.

Go with the massive pump. Sometimes the pre workout combos will race the heart if the pace is more of a hard cardio. Fight the fear, make it so.

Hi Patty! I've noticed that when I'm on my period (or a few days before my period) I'm not strong like usual and have to lift less weight...
