Hello, I recommend to use the stamp hot. Our stamps are usable both cold and hot. You will find in the video description a link to hot press.

It's easier to be consistent with a machine, results can be equally good with one method or the other

For Vegetable Tanned Leather, Dye first then stamp, or stamp come first?

You can dye first for a more crisp result, apply finishing cream of wax after stamping

actually veg tanned is a shortcut to say vegetable tanned leather. This means it is tanned using vegetable tannins
