Your suggestions or questions are very practical From very beginning Preamble of tha family court act although your mentioned about qualification specific experience 4(3) but 4 (4) specifically required whole selecting judge for family court is commited to save institution of marriage not only by experience but expertise also required to promote the settlement of family dispute apart from section 9 of duty of family court not only stopr here Act it go beyond by section 13 and give power to judge to interact with parties and disentitle parties to be represent by legal practitioners and sections 14 to 16 relieve very strict procedure for family disputes and section 21(2)(c) give power to high court to frame rule so that effects and procedure should made and follow by judge save institution of marriage.

Baith ke baat karo mediation karke jo kharcha hua hai wo lauta do...aur khatam karo...but kuchh cases me ladki baale galat harkat karte hain jab unko lagta hai ki achcha rishta haath se jaa rha to kuchh paisa kama liya jaaye dusri party se...aise case me jyada se jyada dowry demand ka allegations laga skta hai ladki side wale ...is cheez ko dhyan me rkhna chahiye...
