@@prathamshelke4129 i always suggest to have a strong foundation which helps in future, 1st know the complete procedure & keep observig things. 1) Trail Court - Drafting, process,shortcuts, tips, management 2) Good Contacts & learn Arbitration & Mediation to improve spontaneity 3) Observe Tribunal procedure's 4) Now High Court & here procedure is completely different from trial court.. Atleast spend 3 yrs in the above by then you'll acquire good subject, knowledge & contacts..then go for JCJ

Yes but actual me lawyer aajkal drate hain... Law ka hi use krk ...chal chlaki krte hain. Pavitra Rishta 2ka trailer dekhna ...usme jo Sasural wale krte hain wo meri real sister k sath sasural waloun ne kiya aur nanad lawyer hai. Ek saal se meri sister ghar me hai, and dedh saal se pati se dur akhir me pati bhi badal gya ...2saal ki shadi me Behen k sath mila hua tha . So kanoon ka pura missuse kiya.. meri sister ko khana nhi diya gya jisk baad usko gall bladder stone diagnose hua jb sasural wale usko yahan chhod gye... Aur meri behen ko torture kiya ...tv tk nhi dekhne diya, kitchen me khana tk nhi bnane diya .. sirf jhadu pocha koi khrcha tk nhi diya ...aur meri behen goongi behri hai ...humne gold diya tha sbko ...but court usko gift kehta hai...gift kaise hua wo ... Jb wo hmari beti ko khana tk nhi de pae ,uski izzat ni kr pae ...uss goongi bchi ke baap ki izzat ni kr paye. Court ko khud unn gifts ko bhi dowry hi prove krdena chaie jo log pariwar wale apni bahu ko shadi ke 6 mahine me hi 14 kilo wazan km krdein

Sir, Aapki saari baat tik hai. Being a law aspirant, mei bi agree krta hu apki baat se. Par voh BHU vali ladki ke case mei..it was a unplanned incident, agree karta hu ki usne ticket ranchi tak li thi..par protest railways ne thodi kar vaya tha..toh thoda co-operate bi karna chahiye tha ladki ko..that is what being a humble and understanding person. Although railways ne usko pahuncha dia..time ka loss toh hua na uska..
