If you would just be buying litterbox-specific plastic bags...definitely not. Either way plastic bag gets used, this way the cost is on the corporations and not you. If you're only hoarding plastic bags and never using your reusable ones, maybe lol.

If you forgot your bags, you just dump your groceries back into the cart, dump them into the back of your vehicle, then go back home, go grab your bags, and bag your groceries in the peace of your driveway, DUH. You don't just assume you frigging need to have your groceries bagged when you have a damn shopping cart to bring them to your vehicle.
