In the charming neighborhood of Biltmore, Arizona, our Design team sought out to breathe new life into a previously dated home! Our Design team meticulously transformed the property, stripping it down to the studs and adding extra square footage, ultimately giving our clients a 3,700 Sqft intimate floor plan. The result is a home that exudes warmth and coziness, a perfect reflection of the client's taste and personality. All your homes are stunners but this one just resonated with me because it is so hard to make 3700 sq feet look cozy. I have a 2000 sq ft home in Litchfield Park and we have a minimalist aesthetic which some folks have said it looks like we live in a museum because of the negative space. This home has given me some ideas to "cozy" up my spaces. The little beam moment in the primary. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I loved this. As a homeowner with a new build 3900 sq ft ranch myself, I never feel a smidgen of longing for the big houses. I love how you packed so much function and personality into this space while still maintaining a timeless design. The kitchen was amazing! So lovely and nice use of pavers to give it an old world feel. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Wish you did more of these. There’s just something about ranch style homes I love. A “normal sized home” is relative. A normal sized home to Tori Spelling is perhaps 56,000 sq ft because that is what she grew up in. A normal sized home to someone who grew up in a trailer park might be 550 sq ft. Don’t watch the video if you know it all. Designers are generally hired for normal, nice sized homes. Most people who live in a small, 900 sq ft home do not need a designer to figure it out. God forbid someone accidentally watches the video and their expectations of what is “normal” ( your opinion ) becomes unrealistic. Keep wearing blinders!!!

Great video and tour! Not a fan of the stone in the entry way…. Looks like wallpaper and very faux and too ‘cool grey’. The wall sconces though…. Beautiful!
