I loved this. As a homeowner with a new build 3900 sq ft ranch myself, I never feel a smidgen of longing for the big houses. I love how you packed so much function and personality into this space while still maintaining a timeless design. The kitchen was amazing! So lovely and nice use of pavers to give it an old world feel. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Wish you did more of these. There’s just something about ranch style homes I love. All your homes are stunners but this one just resonated with me because it is so hard to make 3700 sq feet look cozy. I have a 2000 sq ft home in Litchfield Park and we have a minimalist aesthetic which some folks have said it looks like we live in a museum because of the negative space. This home has given me some ideas to "cozy" up my spaces. The little beam moment in the primary. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Great video and tour! Not a fan of the stone in the entry way…. Looks like wallpaper and very faux and too ‘cool grey’. The wall sconces though…. Beautiful!
