Hello, sir. I was one of your patients when you were at EMC Hospital. I came to you in a critical condition due to jaundice, and the chances of my recovery at the place I visited earlier were only 10%. However, I was saved after coming to you and following your treatment. Thank you, sir❤❤❤

Your case studies on twitter were thoroughly captivating and your style of writing was awesome. These video case studies are even better. Although, I have nothing to do with hepatology but I love to hear you narrate these cases. The clinical reasoning behind every action you take is what keeps me longing for more. Thank you for sharing your experiences and expertise.

When you mentioned asterixis, I was reminded of the wings on Asterix's hat that keeps flapping. Had to check if Asterix was named after the condition, but looks like he was named after the * after all... Your case studies are like a Sherlock Holmesian story, getting to the the solution via many red herrings and detours. Very interesting..

I am a huge fan of House tv series because of the medical dilemmas presented. This reminds me so much of that and the good part is the inherent way of critical thinking imparted through this. I follow your work everywhere and thanks for doing this. In the times when internet is filled with bogus, irrartional and stupid remedies, things like these reminds you to still stick on to critical thinking.

There are specific chemicals or plant components that mimic organ specific proteins or trigger antibody formation against organ specific proteins. This leads to an autoimmune attack.

My doctor prescribed Bilypsa 4mg for my grade 2 fatty liver. A month ago, he had me on Udiliv 300 and a vitamin E pill. Now, my SGPT, SGOT, and uric acid levels are normal. Despite this, he wants me to start Bilypsa. The thing is, I’ve been working out for the past four months-I’ve gone from 87kg to 82kg. My blood pressure and everything else are stabilizing too. Should I still take Bilypsa? PS: I am 29 years old

Follow what your doctor says not some internet guy.. He didn't checked you "in person".. Most advises on internet will be without any solid protocol and without looking at yoru condition and tests.. Consult another doctor in your city if you aren't satisfied.. But it's a growing trend the more you get into medicine without studying like docs the more you will suspect the treatment and the more you will be restless.. At primary level this might seem rational but it's just over thinking with lack of expertise.. But since you are down the rabit hole.. You shoudl consult atleast 4 SS docs in yoru city.. This can give you what most docs think.. But remeber 10 different docs.. 10 different opinions..

Which some of my relatives drink regularly, even some have diabetes. They refering to you ...aah... He is a youtuber, i & others need not to listen to him seriously. I repeatedly told them look he is an eminent doctor and a liver specialist. But they don't take you serious. 😀 Would you consider to be more of a doctor or such formal appearance. 😅.
