Doc, i am a teacher teaching MBA students. This semester i am teaching a course called research methods. I am using your videos to explain to students about how to identify the problem, how to come up with a reason for that problem with the facts in hand, and finally how to test and either accept or reject the reasoning we came to with. Management research or for that matter any research has to be done like this only. Yours is a practical example i am able to show to students.

Fantastic information.. like your zeal to educate both the common man as well as experts! Just a naive suggestion.. can the format be like a podcast where there is a “dialogue” to make it little more interesting and maybe another specialist asking the questions on the topic related to the incident..maybe your colleagues from hospital.. I understand that all would be busy after long work at hospital and also challenging.. maybe in future once in a whole podcast format can be given a try.. keep up the good work ❤

Sir I have an advice for you. You should put a small intro (can be of 5-10 seconds) before the starting of your video like you are doing after your video ends. It is really gives good vibes and makes the content even more good looking. Love all your cases and hope to listen more from you!!

During the course of your story that doctor prescribed amoxiclav for this patient, it could also be cholestatic jaundice as a side effect of amoxiclav. Then going forward you make us all understand about the EBV associated hepatitis. Thank you for the wonderful presentation which makes some kind of impacts in young doctors like me. Curiously waiting for the next set of patients

Loving the new content around real life medical cases Doc, thank you for this. A technical suggestion on the video itself: do avoid constantly changing backgrounds (like the RGB LED here) if it isn't key to the video. Contantly changing backgrounds have more data to encode and require a higher bitrate (as compared to the same video of the same quality but with a constant background). All video hosting platforms compress videos to save bandwidth, and compressing a video with constantly changing scenes will lead to a number of visual artefacts and an overall lossy video (technical term for this is a compression artifact).

Thanks for the interesting case sir. How was she managed sir?
@TheLiverDoc17 сағат бұрын
Just symptomatic care. In some cases when there is severe hepatitis along with jaundice with prolonged symptoms we use a 2 week course of prednisolone therapy and patients improve drastically.
