This one somehow didn’t hit my radar. That certainly changed and I’ll be seeing it soon. We all love watching beautiful young people on screen and too often kick actors to the curb as they age. (mostly the women.) This film and the other recommendations show that doesn’t need to be the case. I couldn’t help thinking of the film “Jules” where characters are portrayed as a bit silly but doesn’t ridicule age. The best stories are about us, every single one of whom is aging as much as we deny the fact. I often wonder why audiences flock to films that are mostly blowing stuff up and crashing cars, the story taking a far distant second seat.
