@OJuggernautO15 күн бұрын
Yeah, that was a pretty brutal nit roll. Imo, nit rolls are more annoying than slow rolls. Because slow rolls are purposely done to be a troll or piss you off, nit rolls are just nits being nits lol
@paulthepolarbear991414 күн бұрын
It literally can't be a nit roll by definition because there are no overbets multiway there with worse than 2 pair. He should be against a straight, a set, or complete air. Nick made a polarization error with A6. All bluffs here are pair+straight blocker or double straight blockers - KQ and TT are the main candidates. In order for this to be a nit roll, his hand has to beat some value combos (which it doesn't).
@RichardSimmonsIsYourGod14 күн бұрын
@@paulthepolarbear9914counter point, Nick is a clueless whale who will overbet all sorts of hands here that he shouldn't, and Sam should know this, and Hai never has better
@fadergliding14 күн бұрын
@@RichardSimmonsIsYourGod Sam knows that about Nick, but when Hai calls Nick here you know he must have something decent (potentially a set). Not sure how you can say Hai doesn't have better here. Also just because Hai didn't jam with his remaining stack doesn't mean he can't have better (if you had the nuts here with a straight and you're in Hai's position with his stack you might not want to scare Sam from calling).

I had a cooler, 2 hours ago… we played 1/3 , the villain opened for 9€, I made it 36…. Targeting KK , QQ or maybe AKs … flop 7QQ- so I don’t think he had quads…I bet 75, he calls of course , turn 2 - I bet 175€,he called , river K , there was my mistake … but because he don’t 4 bet preflop, KK was impossible for me . I bet 350, he shoves insta- there I should fold , I pay him out ..for all my profit making this fish a boat …before I set 777 vs set 555 , the pot was huuuge, I should had stopped there …. But tomorrow I will whoop their asses … ( last week I get dealt AA , the villain KK, I got him all in preflop….. river K …. 2 big losses with aces in a row the last week ..today I was so tilted …

@alistairwillock726615 күн бұрын
It's never a raise with AQ against _two_ opponents. The initial river bet was an overbet, so definitely some straights and a couple of sets are possible holdings. He _almost_ always has the in-between caller beat though. Hai was unlikely to have a set there. By the time the action is on him, he's getting a bit under 3-to-1 in a call, which seems about right. It's just a call, but considering that he can even beat some (thin) value from the original bettor, it's a clear call. He didn't need to agonize that long over it. If the bet was 2x-pot plus (vs. 1.25x), _and_ Hai had still called... That's a different story.
