No plan to fully demolish, just the west side of the stadium will be demolished and reconstructed apart of a $700million renovation to be completed by 2027.

$700 million for a university to renovate a college for their semi-pro Nittny Lions football team to play a half dozen games a year. Ridiculous. Couldn't they find a better use for that money? Maybe reduce tuition for the ordinary schmucks going to school there? Return some of the tax money Penn State gets? Maybe - and this is a longshot - invest it in getting the students a better education......
