All 4 of them spending the entire episode setting up repeatedly that Surf Meeting _killed_ at the table read (and slowly lost its mojo throughout the process of rehearsal, dress, and then eventually air), and then nothing could've prepared me for the comedic pay-off of Bill Hader coming in almost at the end to be unpromptedly like "I just remember _no one_ thought it was funny at the table read, only Andy, Akiva, and Jorma. Yeah they were only making each other laugh throughout the whole ordeal" lmao
