So many "bartenders" dont know how to make any drink that doesn't have ingredients in name(jack n coke etc) unless its premixed. Ive yet to find one under 40 (obviously not trained by me or coworkers)that knows about eggs in drinks or how to make a propper old-fashioned!! But i think a lot of this started going downhill with the bartender academy and trick pours over recipe. Start as hostess in restaurant, waitress, cocktail, barback then finally the (church) keys to the kingdom..... Bartender.

I got chemical pneumonia from pinesol ammonia and bleach being mixed then forced to use in a bathroom barely big enough to wipe ur ass. I was 13 and friends mom made me. Loat 1st soprano abolity and every time theres a teace of bleach i smell it n 😮
