Joe: 1. Rallies everyone from their arguments 2. Takes charge when it’s needed 3. Takes a huge risk to try and save Thunderlane 4. Goes full man mode on the the infected when Thunderlane’s arrow hits him 5. Opts to hold the line while the other two make a break for it, putting their safety above his own due to being bitten and knowing he’s on a timer 6. Pony Joe was a complete boss in this episode. Took control when everyone was arguing, tried to save Thunderlane despite him being completely surrounded and recognized that he's a lost cause so he told Trixie and Twilight to get away. Nice that the story did him quite well, even in death.

Hard choice. The wagon is a less sturdy small confined area and has easy-to-access windows for the infected to get to plus it's far distance makes it a teleportation risk and we don't even know what Trixie is looking for. However, if it looks to be in one piece it may last long enough for them to grab what they need and run before the infected make it there, and unlike the library, Trixie would have locked her wagon so it would have less chance to have been accessed in her absence. On the other hand, the library is sturdier with less ground level windows, and is much closer, saving Twilight on power so they could have a chance to teleport away if needed and there is more space to run as well as it housing the elements of harmony. The downside is that the closer location means less time to run away if breeched which is a strong possibility since, as a library, it was open to the public. It also has less of a chance at escaping unless they could make it to the observation deck up top and teleport again from there. The chance of the Elements working is also low because only Rainbow and Twilight are accounted for and AJ is definitely infected. So the wagon has less chance of being accessed but is harder to get to and isn't very sturdy under attack. The Library is bigger and easier to reach but has a higher chance at having Infected ponies in it with less time to escape.....my brain hurts.

this mission was going to go bad no matter who went on it, and twilight although not having training against infected saved the world like 3 times so she has a hell of a lot more experience than people give her credit for.

I really hope we aren't missing more great story by making certain choices. However, I have to go with Trixie. As much as I want to believe Twilight and try to deviate from the mission to find Applejack, if there's even a chance this nightmare can be reversed we have to take it. Not to mention that while the wagon is CLOSER to the infected, the library is a totally unknown quantity and we can't be taking risks based off of sentimentality.

Yeah, im not even gonna lie, going to the library seems like the worse possible option considering that is where infected could be trapped or hiding. It’s the same with the wagon, except it’s smaller and the inside is more visible.

I chose to go for the golden oaks, because I don't know if anyone's noticed, but what was said at the very beginning of the episode is really interesting. The pony writing said that first, the sirens went off, then described seeing a pony be pulled out from under a wagon. That sounds a good deal like our four volunteers encounter with the infected, to a suspicious degree. Mayhaps a certain apple farmer decided to shack up in the Golden Oaks for the time being?

I'd say we trust Trixie because she DEFINITELY seems to know more about survival skills than Twilight does. If any of you remember from near the beginning, Rainbow Dash said that Twilight "Didn't even complete level 1 of training" and Trixie does seem to be experienced.

I’m loving this video and story, this should be made into a video game. This is such a hard decision, I’m torn between the two… Both options are dangerous, but we don’t know how many infected ponies are with in the library, of the two choices, I’m leaning towards Trixies plan. Trixie has done a lot of travelling and reading, her wagon might contain a potion to replenish Twilight and her own magic 100%. Could be a way to cause a distraction in the Library without going in the library. Having Trixie go for the wagon alone is not a good idea, Twilight might see someone in the library. It’s a hard choice

A month has passed since we last visited this forest. The time for brown leaves, giving of thanks, and ghostly trinkets has faded; with it, a time where the air grows a chill, the trees thin, and the cold creeps in. Just like before, I wandered around the multiversal forest until finding a familiar looking campfire and an old storyteller, waiting for us. We looked into the flames to see the choice we made was that Twilight joined Trixie on a supply run into the ruins of Ponyville; it wasn't a unanimous decision within the universe as her friend Rainbow Dash can attest, but she still went through and joined. Seems like we made the right call...or so we thought. In actuality, what should've been a trip to make sure they stayed safe was actually Trixie going into town alongside the group for her own agenda. As we watched the argument play out, I kept thinking to myself: *Did we really make the right choice?* I got my answer when my thoughts were interrupted. We saw the group hide behind a wall and then, we saw the infected. Ears rotted away, sunken holes where the eyes were, and decayed skin; not quite what I expected at all from these kind of stories. We also got their true name: *The Ends.* I, and the other wanderers, watched on in horror as they got a hold of Thunderlane, a pegasus, and they...tore into him like a pack of ravenous wolves. I almost couldn't breathe and I looked on in horror as the events unfolded. We didn't help anypony; we dragged them into hell itself where demons waited for them with feral hunger. However, as all hope seemed lost, we found ourselves at a familiar split in the timeline: Have Twilight trust her instincts, hide in the library while the horde passes them by, and possibly find safety or research to a cure? Or take a big risk and teleport to Trixie's wagon, but be potentially left vulnerable to the horde of living death; ending the story much earlier than expected? *Once more, the fate of the story is in our hands. This time, the danger grows and the bodies pile. Can this story still end well for Twilight? Let's see what we can do...*

It’s possible that there may be information valuable in the library for the compound. It seems to have a wide array of books. And a possible place to rest for a short bit. Though possibly an infected could have been inside, trashed it and still lurk there. Then there’s the wagon, trixie has a ton of tricks and gadgets that could double as weapons or distractions to keep the infected away from them. And if possible, they can teleport the wagon close to the compound to get it inside….But it is further than the library and we don’t know how much magic twilight has left. Plus the wagon is small with only one exit, they be trapped. And again an infected could have been inside and trashed it.

I believe that going into the golden oak library would be better to hide in but it is possible that infected are hiding there and it’s also possible that survivors are there (maybe even some of the missing main six!) but there probably won’t be any resources For the second choice I think there is a higher possibility of finding resources but also a much higher chance of encountering infected ponies and it’s also possible that there are survivors the but that’s not very likely and if twilight’s magic doesn’t make it to the wagon then it would put them in a very bad situation Both choices could possibly lead to one of them getting killed or bitten

I pick the library, here’s my reason why, Like she said it’s closer and the end is where Trixie’s wagon is. If we do Trixie’s wagon 1. They will be surrounded 2. Trap in the small wagon. SPOILER WARNING: Oh. My. God. I honestly wasn't expecting to see them die like that OR to be this invested in a Grimdark of all things, now for my choice. The wagon could very well be a deathtrap since The Ends found Thunderlane immediately and tore him apart, but Trixie doesn't sound like she's wanting to go there for a selfish reason. The risk of teleporting there though with how little magic Twilight has left would likely not end up being good, especially if they need a quick escape. It's safe to say that Trixie would likely either die via sacrifice/bad luck or flee and leave Twilight to fend for herself. The second option of the library could very easily be infested by whatever creatures would lurk in such locations, but the closer distance may lend more time for their magic to recharge. Although Trixie could stir up some commotion at the decision. All and all, I would go with the library due to the lesser risk of danger/faulty teleportation and the closer distance in which less magic will be used. I wonder if AJ will be in one of the two locations though?

In AJs notes she mentioned about a wagon and how it was torn to bites but the undead, she (AJ) had mentioned that the undead ponies only come out when the sirens are blasting but when it’s quiet they find the nearest building to hind in. I don’t think the library will be less dangerous, more of the undead ponies could hide there.

In all honestly that is a big risk taker, if we choose to trust Trixie, after all the real problem is how much magic that twilight has to get them over to Trixies wagon and not end up appearing in the middle of the group of infection. I mean i can see that if we take twilight idea of going to the oke library and hide their, they should be about to get some rest and recharged their magic, but the odd of that library may or may not have an infected bwing such as spike as the infected is really a high 50/50 since we haven't seen spike in the firat episode. So as much as i would like to agree on twilights logic of going to the oke library her home, as a sign of safety and Refuge, if spike is in the oke library, and he is infected, i would not take that risk even if it is a much better options to hide from the infected and try to wait it out before they could get to Trixie wagen before hand.

Twilight still makes a point about falling short right in the thick of it, whether or we not the library is safe, we know the infected have mostly been drawn to the commotion and would be likely clearing out of other places. Think think think, i wouldn't wanna fall short and draw attention, better to teleport into a building they won't see. but again there's the factor of not knowing what's inside. times like this makes one realise the worst decision is probably the safest one - my thought process lol

Yeah.. I went with that at first, but after seeing the outcome for this one, this seems like the right choice? The death of the other cadets seem inevitable, I doubt the 4th cadet would've made a difference, or only the three of them would've went through(?), I guess we'll never know.. So if Twilight didn't volunteer, this would've been a solo-Trixie in Ponyville(?) Depending on our choices, it seems like we may vastly aid Trixie in her "agenda", maybe prevent a death of hers, or lead her to it, fun stuff!

Gotta think logically... from one of the comments it said that there could be infected hiding inside the library and i gotta agree with that... but then again someone else said that getting to trixies wagon to get her powerful amulet might be a good idea but we dont know if she actually has it or not.... God this is harder fo properly think about than i thought.... im gonna need help with thinking about this any takers?

Well we ended up on this path and im assuming that my first choice could have been the better one but guess we will see in the end. im gonna go with the library it would be possibly the better decision, but with how things are right now... well its hard to say but im gonna trust twilights instincts lets hope we are right!.
