the last two skills (legendary skills) can be learned at the chara world. when u clear all the geo blocks at floor 10 a mystery gate will appear to encounter either : 1- evil area developer to increase evil symbol capacity the character is currently in: 1st: 5,000 MANA 2nd: 50,000 MANA 3rd: 500,000 MANA 4th: 5:000,000 MANA 5th: 9,999,999 MANA 2- learn a legendary skill ( very rare to encounter,thats y its called legendary ) : 1st skill 2,400 2nd 4,800 good luck getting the legendary skill ;)
