Branden H He’s a casual. “Stand and bang” is all he cares about regardless of their amateurish striking. He’s probably sporting “just bleed” t-shit as well. It was a mediocre fight empty of anything worth the time. Dana is forced to paint this picture cause that’s what the casuals like. I mean, saying “not one takedown was attempted” proudly was pretty sad to hear as if it’s a negative thing to do. Amanda impressed me more because she didn’t give 2 fucks what casuals or dana think and followed the plan rather than what everyone likes.

Colby might have actually won had he no got those two knock downs, if he evaded those two shots he might have gotten the split decision based on what Dana said it was 3-1 C and 3-1 U and 2-2.. so if Colby was winning that round and ended it just dodging shots. It would have been 4-1 C 3-2 U and 3-2 C for split decision... I think if they rematches and Colby works on his head movement, and avoids the broken jaw he wins. I think he lost due to continued damage to his jaw. That makes you more likely to get rocked and KO with it broken obviously. I wanna see it run back next year if Usman doesn’t get KO by Masvidal

If Colby didn’t go down they would’ve tied and had the same exact score still. Colby said he was gonna break his “never lost a round in the ufc streak” (which he did) Usman said he was gonna beat him in the last round after punishing him the previous 4 (which he did) Usman said he was gonna let his hands do the talking, not too sure but I heard he broke his left hand Colby was trash talking the whole time, got his jaw broken

Biswamanohar Singh That’s like saying Cerrone would win those fights if his body didn’t get hurt or Nate would’ve won fights if his legs didn’t get hurt. @christopherwalker3494 жыл бұрын
If they don’t sell it out the promotion will often buy the remaining seats (it’s a tax write off) and try to give them away last minute to local radio stations and things like that. Being able to call the fight a sell out generates more interest and Ppv buys

Respect to Colby for fighting through adversity like that. It also has to be mentioned that he reinvented himself in brave fashion after threatening to get cut and willingly put himsef in position to receive huge backlash in case he lost. At the end of the day, he was the one who sold that fight and made people interested. He will bounce back as a better fighter after that I'm sure.

Masvidal for the title without knocking off a top contender? 😕 he should have to beat Edwards, Woodley, Covington... somebody who has a solid claim for a shot at the belt. He got his money fight belt, already.
