The way volk talked about rehydration left a bad taste. Imagine volk at 145 with no rehydration? Islam is a large man without being a bit pudgy like volk. He's bigger than khabib. Islam should be fighting at 170. And look at volk. He should be fighting at 155 not 145. Their last fight they walked into the cage at the same weight. If Islam is a 155 weight bully then volk is a 145 weight bully. Volk knows how important rehydration is. NGL, these are two of the best fights it is possible to make right now. Usman vs Chimaev has the potential to be a dream fight changing of the guard like we rarely actually get to see. If Usman can survive the first 3 minutes of the fight without taking major damage his chances are above 50% of winning.
