I take my hat off to the young lady to open any business in this climate well done to her, 👏👏👏 that breakfast looks delicious hash browns look crispy and the bacon done to perfection, glad to see its tin tomatoes, toast glad to see its uncut bread or as I would say real bread. Superb value. For those mentioning catering sausages, she could use local sourced, but that would add £2 to the price, and aiming to keep the price < £10 is better businesswise. Where possible we always eat at local businesses.

Looked superb and a great price too! Some might be picky about the sausages but there can be certain areas where a butchers sausage might not be an option. Also as a new business it might be something that comes later when they build up contacts etc. Really nice lady as well and you were spot on with what you said about opening a business in these times. Well done to her for doing it and I hope it really takes off.

Hope Amy does well. Marks deducted for toast balanced on the plate and not sure about garlic mushrooms. One thing I genuinely cannot tell the difference between Daddies and HP sauce - I am SURE they are the same!!

We were in Mansfield today and called into Yums & Bean to try the coffee. What a lovely place. Latte was fantastic, as was my wife's iced coffee. I'm not a regular coffee drinker because the Costa/Starbucks offerings are always awful but this was in a different league. We had a good chat with Amy who is delightful and hope her new business is a great success. Next time we will go in the morning for breakfast as it looked great too. Thanks for finding another small local business to support.👍👏 Incidentally, we had lunch at Patchill's Pantry before our visit, thanks for finding that too!

Like you f haven't had garlic mushrooms on a full English before so would definitely give those a try. Good value for money at £9.99 including coffee. I would give this a 10 also. My garlic mushrooms recipe, how to make garlic mushrooms For my recipe, you only need a handful of ingredients: Mushrooms Unsalted butter - use unsalted to control the amount of salt added. Olive oil - just a little oil added to the butter gets them nice and crispy on the outer edges and prevents the butter from burning. Use fresh garlic, Herbs - I love parsley and thyme, but you can use oregano, rosemary, basil, etc. Salt and pepper. Optional: Onion - green, red, or white! This is an optional ingredient BUT I find it enhances the garlic flavour. A splash of balsamic vinegar, optional .

Spinach with the mushrooms and a little garlic and turmeric is a regular on my breakfast. It’s excellent I love Lee and Perrins or HP or Daddies in my beans. But if you want a super add on to a full English, try a little fried liver. Wonderful. That breakfast looked really good and excellent value. Hoping for success for Amy.
