he is machdi. there are some like him - the mark of a wise man is that he does not waste time attempting to convince others that he himself is the imam, messenger of Allah, prophet, etc. One endowed with knowledge may speak as the imam does, and is beside him in creation. Knowing the truth of power, that is what it means to be machdi - there is no way to tell between the wise and the master in the army of the imam, that is because he is protected. It will never be told to you, in truth, "this man is the imam." This because he will wish for it to be recognized in the heart when they meet him, he will not wish it be told to people. So, It is a matter of redemption for every young man and woman who follow in the truly pained footsteps of the imam machdi. The Lord will redeem those who seek tirelessly his face, and raise to light the heads of those who pray with fervour, so his arm shall be with them.

It was narrated from Abd Al A'ala that he said, I said to Abi Abdillah (pbuh): 'The one who claims this matter, what is his proof?', He said: "He is asked about the halal and haram". He said, then Ali came and said: "Three proofs do not gather in a person except that he is the companion of this matter: That he be the most deserving [of the right] of the one who was before him, that he has the weapon, AND THAT HE BE THE OWNER OF THE APPARENT WILL. - Al Kafi by Al-Kulaini, vol. 1, p. 284.

The weapon is the knowledge of the hand of the Lord, perfect given praise that feedback. The machdi must stand together, never by our tongue separating ourselves from our brothers. The imam is CONTINUALLY under wraps, (that is to say hidden) but speak as he would speak and act as he would act; machdi is legion, machdi is thought, the imam machdi is the king the holy one of Israel.
