Interesting that you decided to sign players with poor important matches as a con, that is a big red flag, bc it means the player will most likely not be able to deliver in the important matches. Even one with a red important matches rating and think I saw another with injury proness. How much attention do you put to scout report section ? Board is the biggest issue I face when doing extended saves from lower league in FM, takes forever for them to accept professional status which is a game changer, not to mention upgrading training, unless if you ask after being promoted to better league at end of season, before that they just keep refusing most of the time. Dynamics is a must, even if you have all the players with high stats, will under perform. One way to deal with unhappy or disrupting players that you cannot get rid of is to relegate him to team b or under 21, seems dynamics are self contained to each squad. It is far better to have one less guy at squad and dynamics doing well than having many of them unhappy with you as manager.
