It's just a different story from the anime,you won't see the same exact scenes and characters in it. Just enjoy his interpretation of Dragon Ball Super,and you might see more sense in power scaling,at least. Between the Genki Dama and the Healing ability I don't know what's the bigger asspull.At least in the manga is explained how he subconsciously gained it...

Even though Zamasu is an arrogant hypocrite, I almost rooted for him considering Beerus commits genocide whenever someone doesn't feed him good enough. Vegeta killed for fun most of the time. Roshi is sexually abusive. Zenos erase a universe fi it has weak fighters. And the z fighters are indifferent towards Roshi's sexual abuse. Zamasu made good points about how mortals tend to become as well, such as using their knowledge to pollute and wage war. Of course none of this justifies his hypocrisy of the enjoyment of eradicating all life. And the story probably would have ended if Zamasu won. Then again, the db franchise devolved into 'super dragon ball heros'. If Zamasu won it'd be cool how peaceful the aftermath would become and keep the franchise from being too drawn out.
