Basically, Fish a lot, Practice a lot, Surround yourself with good anglers and don't be afraid to ask questions. Keep improving and who knows where you will end up :)

Also invest in good quality gear, it may cost a lot to get started but it will benefit you in the long run. Thats i mistake that i made, having to buy more new gear now because i went for the cheaper alternative
